I hold a Social Work degree and am currently completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. My approach centers on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their feelings, challenges, and goals. I collaborate closely with individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centered approaches.

With a strong foundation in social work and years of experience, I’m passionate about supporting clients as they navigate issues like anxiety, stress management, depression, grief, and relationship dynamics. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a cornerstone of growth and healing, and I tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs.

My goal is to empower clients by helping them develop practical tools to manage life’s challenges, build resilience, and foster emotional well-being. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to mental wellness.
