During your first session, your therapist will conduct an initial assessment to understand your history, symptoms, and therapy goals. This session is also an opportunity to discuss any concerns and develop a tailored treatment plan. We want you to leave feeling like there are tangible steps forward in your pursuit of mental wellness.
The number of sessions required varies depending on a few things such as the individuals needs, the nature of the trauma, and the type of therapy used.
